I provide counselling to individuals, couples, and small family groups.  My goal is to provide a place where you can say whatever you need to say, and to help you develop coping skills that you can use in your everyday life.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Meditation.  However, I am known to use Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, or whatever I believe will support my clients the best.
