I provide counselling to individuals.  My goal is to provide a place where you can say whatever you need to say, and to help you develop coping skills that you can use in your everyday life.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. However, I am known to use several others.
